Seniors

Our senior adult ministry (The Golden Fifties) offers a variety of opportunities while prayerfully and financially supporting mission causes of the church. The goal of this ministry is to invite, witness, and get people excited about serving God as we offer understanding and compassion to those around us.

The Golden Fifties also gathers on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for a fellowship meal and an informative program or entertainment. It provides an opportunity to meet the emotional, relational, and social needs of our seniors.

In addition to the monthly fellowship, the Golden Fifties participate in day trips, mission trips, and the Homeward Bound Choir, which presents a music program in one of the area nursing homes each month.
