Chad Fugitt

Pastor

Pastor Chad came to serve at Central in February of 2011. He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is currently working to complete his Doctor of Ministry in Evangelism and Church Growth. Chad is passionate about ministry. He loves preaching, discipling believers, and missions. He serves with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Caleb and Aubrey Grace.

Tommy Redding

Associate Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship

Tommy came to serve at Central in August of 2011. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and completed his Master of Arts in Christian Education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Tommy is passionate about making disciples who make disciples. He is married to his wife Stacey and they have two children, Elizabeth and Walker.

Ron Green

Associate Pastor of Music and Worship

Ron has led worship at Central since 1999. He is graduate of the University of Tennessee-Martin and has completed his Master of Arts in Worship from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in music ministry for over 25 years serving churches in both Kentucky and Tennessee. Ron is passionate about leading the church to worship through the vehicle of music. He serves here at Central alongside his wife Sherry. They have two children: Lyndsey and Tyler.

Jeff Sparks

Student Pastor

Jeff is a graduate of Georgetown College and is currently pursuing the Master of Divinity in Youth and Family Ministry at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Tera Sparks and has served as a full-time Student Pastor in local church ministry since 2005. Jeff has a heart for students and has been serving at Central Baptist since June of 2011.

Debbie Cook

Children’s Associate

Debbie Cook joined the staff as Children’s Associate in October 2008. Debbie completed degrees in Psychology and in Sociology at Carson Newman College. She completed her master’s degree in counseling at Winthrop College. Debbie has been involved in the field of Education as a teacher, guidance counselor and 17-year member of Corbin Independent School’s Board of Education. She was a long-time Administrative Law Judge in state government. Debbie and husband Chandlar have four adult children, Suzanne, Scott, Stephen, and Seth.
